What CostForge does
From client and job to accepted quote.
The core hierarchy is Client → Job → Quote. Teams can build quotes from material or service items and saved staff labour rates, apply tax and internal margin, preview client-facing output, generate PDFs and send quotes electronically.
Clients can review a secure public quote, sign and accept or decline it. When the live Xero integration is connected and configured, supported accepted-quote workflows can create Xero invoices and synchronise supported invoice status information.
