One reusable library
Save reusable quote settings and every item group in a complete quote. Apply the whole structure when a familiar job returns.
Save one complete work package, including its nested materials, labour, allowances, and notes, then add it to any quote.
Reuse packages containing staffing hours alongside normal line items, with active staff roles recalculated at current rates on import.
How it works
Templates preserve nested detail, including mixed materials and staffing hours, so your team starts from a complete package instead of rebuilding rows by hand.
01
Turn a successful full quote or a top-level package into a named template in the library.
02
Import an item package, apply a complete quote template, or select only the sections needed from a larger template.
03
Imported lines become editable parts of the new quote, leaving the original template unchanged.
Built for controlled reuse
Staffing hours use the current active role rate at import, helping prevent old labour prices from slipping into new work.
Each import is yours to edit. Changing a quote never silently rewrites the saved template or another quote.
Your template library stays within your CostForge account and does not appear in client-facing quote views.
Selective imports
Preview a full quote template and select the top-level item groups needed for this job. Importing selected items leaves the current quote settings alone; applying the full template can reuse approved quote settings as well.
